Technical Appendices. Appendix A: Mandatory First Aid Kit Supplies Appendix B: Chainsaw Operator Competencies Appendix C: NCSP Competency Evaluator Form Appendix D: CSMO Instructor and NCSP Competency Evaluator Qualification Record Appendix A: Mandatory First Aid Kit Supplies (29 CFR 1910.266 Appendix A)‌ The following list sets forth the minimally acceptable number and type of first aid supplies for first aid kits required under paragraph (d)(2) of the logging operations standard (29 CFR 1910.266). The contents of the first aid kit listed should be adequate for small work sites, consisting of approximately two to three individuals. When larger operations or multiple operations are being conducted at the same location, additional first aid kits should be provided at the work site or additional quantities of supplies should be included in the first aid kits:

Technical Appendices. It is anticipated that the Consultant’s report will reference reports by Allied Geotechnical, RFYeager, and KEH. These reports will be included as appendices to the Consultant’s report. It has been assumed that the project will fall under a priority development project, but that a hydromodification management plan (HMP) will not be required, and is not included in the scope. Task 3020 – Environmental Assistance City will take the lead on all environmental work associated with this project. Consultant will provide the City with technical descriptions and available graphical information for preparing environmental documentation and permits. Consultant will answer questions as requested by City Planning in response to DSD review comments. Consultant’s services will be minor and limited to the effort shown in the Engineering Fee Estimate. Consultation with environmental staff at the Department of Public Works indicates that preliminary analysis has determined that the project will likely be cleared via a CEQA document or exemption prepared by City staff. In order to determine whether there is a need for any seasonal restrictions on construction based on the potential presence of nesting bird habitat, an AECOM avian biologist will prepare a letter providing a habitat assessment of the pump station site. In addition to the letter, up to 8 hours of environmental staff co-ordination will be provided. If any additional studies are found to be necessary in order to support City-prepared environmental documentation, these studies will be prepared under a separate authorization with additional fee. Task 3030 –Community Outreach Consultant will attend up to a maximum of two (2) four-hour (4 hr.) community outreach meetings as organized and requested by the City. The Project Manager or designated Subconsultant will attend. Subconsultant Xxxxxxx will prepare up to 2 views of a rendering and AECOM will prepare other exhibits as requested by the City for meeting limited to the effort shown in the Engineering Fee Estimate. If additional Consultant services are required, they can be provided with additional fee. Community outreach specialist Collaborative Resources is a technical resource available to AECOM and the City to assist with community outreach effort. No Scope or fee has been allocated to Collaborative Resources at this time.   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Quality Agreement Concurrently with execution of this Agreement, the Parties will enter into an agreement that details the quality assurance obligations of each Party with respect to the Manufacture and supply of Supplied Products under this Agreement (the “Quality Agreement”). Each Party shall perform its obligations under the Quality Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Quality Agreement and the terms of this Agreement, the provisions of the Quality Agreement shall govern.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Work Orders If the Contract is for indefinite quantities of Services, as specified in the Signature Document, all Work will be performed in accordance with properly executed Work Orders.

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Appendices The appendices to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • APPENDIX H Appendix H, Contractor’s Insurance Requirements, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein. The Contractor shall maintain in force at all times during the terms of the resultant Contract, policies of insurance pursuant to the requirements outlined in Appendix H – Contractor’s Insurance Requirements.
