Technical Review Meetings. 11.1 The first Technical Review Meeting shall occur at either Party's written request not later than three months from the receipt of the first Capacity Profile. Subsequent Technical Review Meetings shall occur at no greater than three monthly intervals thereafter, not less than 5 Working Days prior to the start of the relevant three month period next following.
