Technical Understanding – Written Proposal. The Offeror shall provide a written narrative that demonstrates the Offeror’s overall understanding of the technical requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) (Section 2.0), their interrelationships, and specifically how the work will be accomplished. In addition, the Offeror’s proposal shall also address the following:  Describe the approach to accomplishing the Statement of Work tasks listed in the Report Processing Flow for ASRS (SOW Section 2.2) and C3RS (SOW Section 2.5).  Identify technical risk areas pertinent to SOW Section 2.0, and approaches to mitigating them.  Describe provisions for quality control and continual quality improvement.  Demonstrate an understanding of data analysis, human factors usability, risk assessment, configuration management, and documentation management as they relate to the requirements of the SOW.  Describe plans for database management, especially for very large data sets.  Describe the approach to safeguarding the integrity and the level of industry confidence in the ASRS and Related Systems.  Identify IT security risk areas as they relate to the confidential reporting systems and approaches to mitigate them.  Describe plans for acquiring a facility that meets the requirements of SOW Section 2.1.3 and SOW Appendix 5.3.

Technical Understanding – Written Proposal. The Government will evaluate how well the Offeror demonstrates its overall understanding of the technical requirements of the SOW (Section 2.0) and their interrelationships, and specifically how the work will be accomplished. The Government will evaluate the proposal for its technical merit, innovativeness, efficiency, and completeness. The Government will evaluate the technical approach and rationale of the following:  Description of the approach to accomplishing the Statement of Work tasks listed in the Report Processing Flow for ASRS (SOW Section 2.2) and C3RS (SOW Section 2.5).  Identification of technical risk areas pertinent to SOW Section 2.0, and approaches to mitigating them.  Description of provisions for quality control and continual quality improvement.  Understanding of data analysis, human factors usability, risk assessment, configuration management, and documentation management as they relate to the requirements of the SOW.  Description of the plans for database management, especially for very large data sets.  Description of the approach to safeguarding the integrity of and the level of industry confidence in the ASRS and Related Systems.  Identification of IT security risk areas as they relate to the confidential reporting systems and approaches to mitigate them.  Description of plans for acquiring a facility that meets the requirements of SOW Section 2.1.3 and SOW Appendix 5.3.

Related to Technical Understanding – Written Proposal

  • Mutual Understanding Each party has read this Agreement, fully understands the contents of it, has had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice regarding the Agreement’s legal effect, and is under no duress regarding its execution.

  • GENERAL UNDERSTANDING (1) The courses of instruction to be provided (the “Applied Learning Experience” or “ALE”) will be of such content, and cover such periods of time as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon by the University and the Facility. The starting and ending date for each ALE shall be agreed upon at least one month before the program commences.

  • FULL UNDERSTANDING Executive acknowledges that Executive has been afforded the opportunity to seek legal counsel, that Executive has carefully read and fully understands all of the provisions of this Agreement and that Executive, in consideration for the compensation set forth herein, is voluntarily entering into this Agreement.

  • Project Understanding This project is understood to be the replacement of one (1) hydraulic elevator. The project delivery system is understood to be Design−Bid. Our electrical engineering services for this project will consist of the following. Services not indicated below are considered outside of our basic scope and will be provided upon request as an additional service. It is our understanding that the design of this project will include four (4) deliverables as defined below. The design duration for this project is estimated to be six (6) weeks (not including owner review).

  • Basic Understandings 1.1 The Maine Legislature enacted An Act to Restructure the State’s Electric Industry Public Law 1997, Chapter 316 codified as 35-A M.R.S.A. §§ 3201-3217 (the “Restructuring Act”). Accordingly, the T&D agrees to provide services to Provider in accordance with the Restructuring Act, all applicable Maine Public Utilities Commission (“MPUC”) Rules and Regulations, the Maine Electronic Business Transactions Standards approved by the MPUC (“EBT Standards”), all applicable FERC jurisdictional tariffs, rate schedules and agreements and the T&D's Terms and Conditions, incorporated herein by reference (all of the foregoing being further identified in Exhibit C and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Precepts”), and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Technical Proposal The technical proposal may be presented in free format. It shall not exceed ten pages, not counting the CVs. It shall respect the following page limit and structure: • Technical methodology (max. 7 pages) • Quality management (max. 1 page) • Project management (max. 1 page) • Resource management (proposal (max. 1 page) + CVs of experts)

  • FULL UNDERSTANDING, MODIFICATION, WAIVER A. This Agreement sets forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein and any other prior or existing understanding or agreements by the parties, whether formal or informal, regarding any such matters are hereby superseded or terminated in their entirety.

  • FULL UNDERSTANDING, MODIFICATION AND WAIVER 3.1.1 This Agreement sets forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein, and any and all prior or existing Memoranda of Understanding, understandings and agreements, whether formal or informal, are hereby superseded and terminated in their entirety.

  • LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO 3 The parties to the Collective Agreement recognize that production gang work has different requirements than other work performed under the Collective Agreement. Accordingly, the parties agree as follows:

  • Complete Understanding The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement represent the full and complete understanding between the parties. The terms and conditions may be modified only through the written mutual consent of the parties.
