Temporary Duties Assumed. Any employee who is temporarily transferred to another position (either in or out of the bargaining unit) will be paid their regular rate of pay during the time they are in the temporary position unless the regular rate of pay for the temporary position in another classification is higher than the employee's regular position. In such case, the employee shall be paid the higher of the two rates for the duration of the temporary assignment.

Temporary Duties Assumed. A. Internal Substitution (Certificated) 1. In the event a certified Employee is required to act as a substitute during his/her prep/release time, he/she shall be paid at the following rates: Eight dollars and 75/100 ($8.75) per fifteen (15) minutes for the term of the contract for the 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years. B. Temporary Duty and Internal Substitution (ESP) 1. Any ESP Employee who is temporarily assigned the duties of another ESP Employee by the building Principal shall be paid the higher of the reassigned Employee’s regular rate of pay or the entry-level rate of the temporary assignment. Any ESP Employee who is temporarily assigned the duties of a Certificated Employee by the building Principal shall be paid the substitute Teacher rate. 2. Regular (non-Bus Driver) ESP Employees of the District shall be granted priority over all substitute Employees in the assignment of temporary non-substitute work, provided such temporary assignment does not conflict with the ESP Employee’s regular assignment or duties and does not result in any overtime expense to the District. 3. If an ESP Employee is temporarily assigned the duties of another position in addition to his or her own duties so that the ESP Employee cannot reasonably complete all such assigned duties during his/her normal work hours, the Employee shall either have his or her regular duties and the temporarily assigned duties prioritized and/or be granted additional time to perform the additional duties assigned, by the Employee’s supervisor or designee.

  • Normal Duties (a) Faculty members are accountable for 10 months of the year. The 10 months accountable time includes such activities as teaching, the counselling of students, curriculum/program development, professional development and participation on a variety of educational committees. (b) At least one month before the commencement of any accountable time longer than four consecutive days, and covering activities other than teaching or professional development the faculty member will submit for approval to the appropriate administrator an activity plan for this period. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld. On an annual basis, the faculty member will submit to the appropriate administrator a written report of their accountable time activities.

  • Position; Duties (a) The Executive shall serve as the President of the Company under this Agreement during the Employment Term. As President of the Company, the Executive shall have such duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities in similarly sized companies and such other duties and responsibilities as the CEO of Kaman or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Sub Board”) shall designate that are consistent with the Executive’s position as President of the Company. If at any time service on any board of directors or advisory board would, in the good faith judgment of the Sub Board, conflict with the Executive’s fiduciary duty to the Company or create any appearance thereof, the Executive shall promptly resign from such other board of directors or advisory board after written notice of the conflict is received from the Sub Board. (c) The Executive further agrees to serve without additional compensation as an officer and director of any of the Company’s subsidiaries and agrees that any amounts received from any such corporation may be offset against the amounts due hereunder.

  • General Duties It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Sale and Servicing Agreement and to administer the Trust in the interest of the Holder, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Provide us with records and documents we request and permit us to make copies; and c. Submit to examination under oath, while not in the presence of another "insured", and sign the same; 8. Send to us, within 60 days after our request, your signed, sworn proof of loss which sets forth, to the best of your knowledge and belief: a. The time and cause of loss; b. The interests of all "insureds" and all others in the property involved and all liens on the property; c. Other insurance which may cover the loss; d. Changes in title or occupancy of the property during the term of the policy; e. Specifications of damaged buildings and detailed repair estimates; f. The inventory of damaged personal property described in 6. above; g. Receipts for additional living expenses incurred and records that support the fair rental value loss; and h. Evidence or affidavit that supports a claim under E.6. Credit Card, Electronic Fund Transfer Card Or Access Device, Forgery And Counterfeit Money under Section I – Property Coverages, stating the amount and cause of loss.
