Flex Benefit Plan. All Association members will have access to a flex benefit plan addressing insurance, medical, and child care benefits.
Flex Benefit Plan. Eligible registered nurses regularly employed for thirty (30) hours or more per week in a regularly scheduled position will have access to a flex benefit plan addressing insurance, health and child care benefits.

Flex Benefit Plan. Teachers have the option to participate in a Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plan in accordance with applicable Internal Revenue Code sections as well as applicable regulations and other guidance issued by the Internal Revenue Service and/or Department of the Treasury. Eligible benefits under the Plan shall include but are not necessarily limited to: . The initial cost of implementing the Section 125 Plan will be borne by the Board of Education. Any subsequent administrative fees associated with the administration of the Plan will be borne by the Plan participants. New employees may enroll in accordance with Plan eligibility rules. Should any of the above be in violation of an Internal Revenue Code section, regulation, ruling or opinion, that clause or portion thereof shall be deleted from this Agreement to the extent of such violation.
