Temporary Full-Time, Regular Part-Time and On-Call Categories. All temporary full-time, regular part-time and on-call employees, with the exception of the employees working in the on-call categories listed in Appendix A, shall receive vacation on a prorated basis, with the work year consisting of 2080 hours. Temporary Full-Time, Regular Part-Time and On-Call Categories. All temporary full-time, regular part-time and on-call employees, with the exception of the employees working in the on-call categories listed in Appendix A for less than ninety (90) calendar days, shall receive sick leave benefits on a prorated basis, with the work year consisting of two thousand eighty (2080) hours. The calculation will be based upon actual hours worked using the formula outlined in Section 10.01.1. Sick leave cannot be used in the same month in which it is accrued.

  • Leave of Absence for Full-Time Union or Public Duties An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union or anybody with which the Union is affiliated, or who is elected to public office, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Part-Time Regular Employees District shall maintain, in participation with (tenured) part-time regular faculty, all insurance fringe benefits coverage on the basis applicable to full-time participation in regard to premium payments.

  • Part-Time and Temporary Employees 16.1. A part-time employee is one who is hired to work regularly twenty-four (24) hours per week or less. Except as expressly provided in the circumstances described in Article 16 (3) hereunder, a temporary employee is one employed for a special project or a specified time, in either case, not to exceed three (3) months except by mutual agreement, or in the case of students, the academic vacation period, or for a specified leave of absence. The Employer shall notify the employee and the CAW of the nature and anticipated duration of all temporary employment.

  • Cashing out of Annual Leave (a) Annual leave credited to an employee may be cashed out by agreement, subject to the following conditions: (refer to section 93 of the Act)
