TEMPORARY REMOVAL. Bell acknowledges that the Town may require certain Equipment to be temporarily removed from a Facility for the purposes of conducting work at such Facility. Within thirty (30) days of written request by the Town , Bell agrees to temporarily remove its Equipment, as requested by the Town , for the Town ’s work. The Town covenants and agrees to use best efforts to complete such work as expeditiously as possible. Following completion of the Town ’s work, Bell may, at its expense, reinstall the removed Equipment.
