Temporary repair. Where weather limitations or other external conditions beyond the control of the Company do not permit it to complete a final repair to the ROW within the expected period of time, the Company may complete a temporary repair to the ROW; provided that, subject to Section 5.5, the Company replaces the temporary repair with a final repair within a reasonable period of time. All repairs to the ROW by the Company shall be performed in accordance with the Municipal Standards to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works and Engineering Department. If a temporary repair gives rise to an unsafe condition, then this shall be deemed to constitute an Emergency and the provisions of Section 4.9 shall apply.

  • TEMPORARY RELOCATION The Licensee shall temporarily raise or lower its wires or other equipment upon the reasonable request of any Person holding a building moving permit issued by the Town.
