Term of Program. A. The length of the Program shall be 7200 straight-time actual working hours. Overtime will be adjusted to reflect straight-time hours in administration of the Program (Ex: 4 hours at 1 1/2 rate = 4 hours time). Absence time, including vacations, holidays, sickness, excused or unexcused absences will be excluded. Any regular work performed by the Engineering Representative Xxxxxxx in non-related activities (such as Customer Service) will be credited towards their 20% discretionary time in on-the-job training hours.
B. The 7200 hours will be comprised of not less than those indicated on the attached summary (see Attachment A). The tasks in the on-the-job training hours will be appropriately adjusted to fit the tasks available in an Area, Distribution Design Center and Headquarters.
C. The Engineering Representative Trainee will be under the provisions of this Agreement until all formal training and on-the-job hours are successfully completed, even after the Engineering Representative Trainee attains the actual 7200 hour wage step.
Term of Program. The School-Based Peer Support Group for Grieving Children and Adolescents Program (“Program”) will begin on the Effective Date of the Agreement and end one year later, with the parties to mutually agree in writing upon the specific dates of the Program. School has agreed to work with Foundation in providing the services set forth in this Statement of Work and the Agreement (“Services”). The Program will extend for six (6) to eight (8) weeks with two (2) make-up dates if necessary.
Term of Program. The Program will be available to Customer during the term of the Agreement; provided that the parties agree that each individual patient may only participate in the Program for up to five (5) days and no longer. In the event that the Agreement terminates during the course of one or more patients’ therapy pursuant to the Program, the parties agree that the Program shall be extended (on the terms and conditions set forth in this Schedule F) solely to enable such in-progress therapy to be completed. In no event shall Customer enroll any additional patients in the Program during such time.
Term of Program. A. Program will become effective (“Effective Date”) upon the later of the Program Purchase Date or the date the Customer Devices are delivered to Customer and Customer takes ownership (“Deployment Date”), or defined by the date in Customers Onboarding packet and will remain effective for a period of years between one (1) year and up to four (4) years, as selected by Customer and shown on Exhibit
B. SM shall have no obligations prior to the Effective Date.
X. Xxxxxxx of the Program beyond the initial Term is not allowed.
D. The Program covers only those Customer Devices described in Exhibit During the Program Term, if Customer acquires a new device, the Customer is required to notify Staymobile and purchase a new Program subject to these Terms to utilize the services described herein.
Term of Program. This is a one (1) year contract, with the option for early termination or extension as deemed appropriate with prior written notice and the availability of funds.
Term of Program. This is a thirty six-month contract, beginning July 1, 2023, and terminating on June 30, 2026, with the option for early termination or extension as provided below.
Term of Program. The term of this program is (i) for purchased equipment, three years from equipment installation date or maximum number of copies as stated in the product specifications, whichever occurs first; or, (ii) for leased or rented equipment, the length of the original lease or rental term starting from the equipment installation date or the maximum number of copies as stated in the product specifications, whichever occurs first.
