Test Lines. APC shall assign three or seven digit test line numbers in accordance with BA’s standard numbering arrangements. BA will provide APC with preferred number assignments for 100-type test lines (balance/quiet), 102-type test lines (kilowatt), and 105-type test lines (automatic transmission measuring).

Test Lines. 12.3.1. Prior to the manufacturing of the Systems, the Supplier shall manufacture first a prototype of one short checkpoint line and one long checkpoint line of the System, based on the requirements specified in the Technical Specifications (the “Test Lines”). The Test Lines will be tested in the Supplier's factory by the IAA's representatives as further described in the Technical Specifications. After successful completion of such tests, the Test Lines will be installed in Xxx Xxxxxx Terminal 3 and/or at any other location as will be required by the IAA where the tests will be conducted when the System will also be connected to the screening machines. 12.3.2. The Test Lines will operate on Site for the IAA to test and evaluate the design, compatibility, operation and performance of the Test Lines, their compliance with the requirements of the IAA and the Technical Specifications and the interfaces of the Systems. 12.3.3. The Supplier shall provide the IAA with all necessary documents detailing separately each component, process and test case to be examined with respect to the Test Lines, as well as the standard for their approval. The IAA shall be entitled to examine and review said testing documents, request clarifications thereto, and may either approve or reject it, in which case the Supplier shall be required to resubmit the revised documents for the IAA's approval. 12.3.4. During the testing of the Test Lines, the Supplier shall be required to provide all maintenance services and to make any amendments to the Design Documents, as may be necessary, and to remedy any defect that may appear in the Test Lines by repair or replacement or the defective part, all at its own expense. In addition, if the IAA shall conclude as a result of any inspection or test that the Systems do not fully comply with Supplier's Proposal and/or with the Technical Specifications, the IAA shall inform the Supplier immediately in writing and the Supplier shall be responsible to take all steps as may be necessary to ensure such compliance at the time table to be determined by the IAA in accordance with the type of rejects, all at the Supplier's expense. In such event, the IAA shall be entitled to conduct repeated tests and/or accept the Test Lines with conditions, all at the IAA's sole discretion. 12.3.5.   • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

In the event Onvoy fails to submit an ASR to disconnect One-Way Interconnection Trunks as required by this Section, Frontier may disconnect the excess Interconnection Trunks or bill (and Onvoy shall pay) for the excess Interconnection Trunks at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment. 2.3.3 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Frontier to Onvoy, Frontier, at Frontier’s own expense, shall provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA.
