TEST PROTOCOLS Sample Clauses

TEST PROTOCOLS. The procedures for conducting the tests, including calibration data, instrumentation data, test records and frequency of measurement will be detailed in individual test protocols. The individual test protocol will be drafted by the Contractor and submitted at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of any individual test to the Owner for review and approval in accordance the Terms and Conditions. All components of the test protocol, including revisions, will be approved at least fifteen (15) days prior to the commencement of the tests. The test protocols will be consistent with the terms of this Schedule. The test protocols shall explicitly state the industry codes and standards that will be used, the instrumentation required, the form of the expected results, the anticipated time duration of the test, and the anticipated number of Owner's operating personnel required to assist the Contractor in the conduct of the test. The inlet feed gas and test conditions are shown in Table 5. The phenomena of NO and NH3 oxidation are examined first, followed by the investigation of SCR reactions under different conditions, such as the ANR ratio in the mixture, the composition of NOx (addition of NO2), etc. Table 5. TEST PROTOCOLS. The procedures for conducting the tests, including calibration data, instrumentation data, test records and frequency of measurement will be detailed in individual test protocols. The individual test protocol will be submitted by Contractor at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of any individual test to Owner for review in accordance with Section 9.4 of the EPC Contract. The test protocols shall explicitly state the industry codes and standards that will be used, the instrumentation required, the form of the expected results, the anticipated time duration of the test, and the anticipated number of Owner's operating personnel required to assist Contractor in the conduct of the test.
TEST PROTOCOLS. The procedures for conducting the tests, including instrument calibration data, instrumentation data, and frequency of measurements will be detailed in individual test protocols. The individual test protocol will be drafted by Contractor and submitted to Company for review and approval at least ninety (90) days prior to the start of any individual test. Within twenty (20) days of receipt of the draft test protocol, Company will provide any comments or suggestions; if none are forthcoming; the test protocol will be deemed accepted. All components of the test protocol, including revisions, will be agreed upon by all parties at least twenty (20) days prior to the commencement of the tests. The test protocol will be consistent with the terms of this Exhibit D. The test protocols shall explicitly state the industry codes and standards that will be used, the instrumentation required, the form of the expected results, and the anticipated time duration of the test.

  • Protocol The attached Protocol shall be an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Specifications That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship as applied to the Work, and certain administrative requirements and procedural matters applicable thereto. The term "Specifications" shall also include all written matter in the Project Manual or on the drawings and any Addenda or Change Orders thereto.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Testing Landlord shall have the right to conduct annual tests of the Premises to determine whether any contamination of the Premises or the Project has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use. Tenant shall be required to pay the cost of such annual test of the Premises; provided, however, that if Tenant conducts its own tests of the Premises using third party contractors and test procedures acceptable to Landlord which tests are certified to Landlord, Landlord shall accept such tests in lieu of the annual tests to be paid for by Tenant. In addition, at any time, and from time to time, prior to the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, Landlord shall have the right to conduct appropriate tests of the Premises and the Project to determine if contamination has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use of the Premises. In connection with such testing, upon the request of Landlord, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord or its consultant such non-proprietary information concerning the use of Hazardous Materials in or about the Premises by Tenant or any Tenant Party. If contamination has occurred for which Tenant is liable under this Section 30, Tenant shall pay all costs to conduct such tests. If no such contamination is found, Landlord shall pay the costs of such tests (which shall not constitute an Operating Expense). Landlord shall provide Tenant with a copy of all third party, non-confidential reports and tests of the Premises made by or on behalf of Landlord during the Term without representation or warranty and subject to a confidentiality agreement. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly and satisfactorily remediate any environmental conditions identified by such testing in accordance with all Environmental Requirements. Landlord’s receipt of or satisfaction with any environmental assessment in no way waives any rights which Landlord may have against Tenant.
