THE PRICE OF THE EQUIPMENT. 6.1. The total price of the Equipment and other performance of the Contractor under this Agreement is CZK 849 900,- excluding VAT (the “Purchase Price”).

Use of the Equipment 9.1 The Equipment shall be used by Hospital only at the Site and shall not be removed therefrom. Hospital shall use the Equipment only in the regular and ordinary course of Hospital’s business operations and only within the capacity of the Equipment as determined by Elekta’s specifications. Hospital shall not use nor permit the Equipment to be used in any manner nor for any purpose which, in the opinion of Elekta or GKF, the Equipment is not designed or reasonably suitable.
The Equipment 9.1 The British Council Equipment shall remain the property of the British Council and shall be used by the Supplier in the performance of the Services and for no other purposes.
Title to Equipment Title shall vest in the Contractor to all equipment purchased hereunder.
Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.
Premises and equipment 6.1 If necessary, the Customer shall provide the Supplier with reasonable access at reasonable times to its premises for the purpose of supplying the Services. All equipment, tools and vehicles brought onto the Customer’s premises by the Supplier or the Staff shall be at the Supplier’s risk.
Vehicles and Equipment Consultant will furnish all vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials used to provide the Services required by this Agreement. Client will not require Consultant to rent or purchase any equipment, product, or service as a condition of entering into this Agreement.
MEASURING EQUIPMENT 1. Seller will maintain and operate, at its own, expense and at the point of delivery of gas hereunder, a meter or meters and other necessary equipment by which the volume of gas delivered hereunder shall be measured. Such meters and equipment shall remain the property of the Seller.
OWNERSHIP OF THE EQUIPMENT 9.1 Except as detailed in clause 9.4, You acknowledge that We own the Equipment and in all circumstances We retain title to the Equipment (even if You go into liquidation or become bankrupt during the Hire Period). Your rights to use the Equipment are as a bailee only.
Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.
Purchased Equipment Any equipment purchased under this contract remains the property of the Contractor for the period this contract and future continuing contracts for the provision of the same services. Contractor must submit vendor invoice with reimbursement request. For the purpose of this contract, equipment is defined as any tangible, durable property having a useful life of at least (1) year and acquisition cost of $1000.00 or more. The contractor has the responsibility to submit to the Contract Monitor an inventory list of LDH equipment items when acquired under the contract and any additions to the listing as they occur. Contractor will submit an updated, complete inventory list on a quarterly basis to the Contract Monitor. Contractor agrees that upon termination of contracted services, the equipment purchased under this contract reverts to the Department. Contractor agrees to deliver any such equipment to the Department within 30 days of termination of services.
