The Rights and Obligations of Party B. 3.5.1 Party B shall be responsible for handling regional industrial and commercial matters (either establishing a new company or using Party A’s own original enterprises), coordinating and dealing with various social relations in the operation, maintaining a stable and good business management, and actively dealing with and solving them in case of emergencies.
The Rights and Obligations of Party B. 5.2.1 Party B has the right to use the Licensed Trademarks under this Agreement within its business scope.
The Rights and Obligations of Party B. 1. Party B shall diligently and conscientiously complete the project as agreed herein. The Rights and Obligations of Party B. 1. If the borrower doesn’t return the principal\interest and other expenditure accordingly atthe expiration of the performance of the actual borrowing agreement, the Party B has the right to dispose the securities herein according to law.
The Rights and Obligations of Party B. (i) Party B shall take advantage of sales and capital in advertising and ensure the additional installation of the mobile television on Beijing buses and maximize the value of ads.
