Third Party Software Maintenance. The first year maintenance for the Third Party Software is invoiced when we make it available to you for downloading.
Third Party Software Maintenance. The first year maintenance fee for the Third Party Software is invoiced when we make it available to you for downloading. Subsequent annual maintenance fees for Third Party Software are invoiced annually, in advance, at then- current rates, upon each anniversary thereof.
Third Party Software Maintenance. The maintenance programs for the [*] software, the [*] module and the [*] software begin [*] after delivery of such software to You. The maintenance programs for the [*] software and the [*] software and data begin when You first begin the Maintenance Program for any Program Property. You will contact Epic with respect to any consultation or assistance requests relating to any of this third-party software. During the maintenance period for any of this third-party software, Epic will respond to such inquiries by either consulting with and assisting You directly, if possible, or by contacting the owners/publishers of the applicable third party software to obtain any additional consultation or assistance that is necessary. You must participate in the software maintenance programs for all of this software during any period that You are participating in the Maintenance Program.
Third Party Software Maintenance i) In the event Client elects not to purchase through Tyler maintenance services on the Third Party Software, it shall be the responsibility of Client to repair and maintain the Third Party Software and purchase enhancements as necessary after installation.
ii) In the event Client elects to purchase through Tyler maintenance services on the Third Party Software, Tyler will facilitate resolution of a defect in Third Party Software with the Developer.
Third Party Software Maintenance. During the Term, Client will provide and pay for all software maintenance for the Client Provided Third Party Software. During the Term, FIS will provide (PID # 224877) ) Page 6 of 26 as part of the monthly per account fee all third party software maintenance for the FIS Provided Third Party Software.
Third Party Software Maintenance. 6.10 Tech Data will procure for the Customer any Third Party Software Maintenance for the Third Party Maintenance Term in the Quantity specified in an Order.
Third Party Software Maintenance. During the Term, Client will provide and pay for all software maintenance for the Client Provided Third Party Software listed in Exhibit C. During the Term, ALLTEL will provide as part of the Base Fees all third party software maintenance for the ALLTEL Provided Third Party Software listed in Exhibit C.
Third Party Software Maintenance. The Use of any third Party Software delivered to the City by the Vendor Shall be subject to the Terms and conditions of the Third Party Specific Maintenance Agreement (with the exception of Uniface Runtime* which shall be supported by the Vendor and Subject to all the provisions of this Agreement as though it was NOT a Third Party Software), which are attached hereto as Exhibit D. All maintenance requests for the Third Party Software shall be made by City directly to the Third Party Software Manufacture or Service Department.
Third Party Software Maintenance. Unless otherwise agreed, the maintenance program for any Third Party Software and Data to which a maintenance fee applies begins thirty (30) days after delivery. During Your participation in these maintenance programs, You will contact Epic for consultation or assistance about the third- party item. Epic will respond by assisting You or coordinating support from the supplier. You must participate in these maintenance programs while You participate in the Maintenance Program for any Item of Program Property. Epic also may advise its customers on issues related to Third Party Products not under maintenance through Epic upon request. Assistance that goes beyond determining whether an issue is a Program Error is chargeable at Epic’s then-standard rates for such services.
