TIF Assistance. As authorized by the Project Plan and subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations contained in Article V herein, NTIFA shall provide public assistance in development financing to CC Trust in an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Public Assistance (as defined in Recital (10) above and below in Section 5.03) or (ii) (A) up to $600,000,000.00 in Incremental Sales Tax Revenues (as defined in Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement) and Incremental Ad Valorem Revenues (as defined in Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement), and (B) 100% of any Leverage Act Funds received from the State of Oklahoma (“Total Assistance”).

TIF Assistance. To finance certain costs with the TIF District, the City proposes, subject to the further provisions of this Agreement, to apply the tax increments derived from the Property which have been received by the City in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 469.177 (the “Tax Increments”) to assist Developer with financing the cost of outstanding special assessments and infrastructure fees, which include sewer and water availability charges, on the Property.
TIF Assistance. The Authority shall provide up to $5,000,000 in TIF Assistance to Redeveloper as reimbursement for Qualified Costs to assist Redeveloper in repaying the Minimum Improvements Loan in accordance with this Article V. As detailed in the Redeveloper Pro Forma, Redeveloper’s anticipated Qualified Costs exceed $5,000,000. The Authority does not represent or warrant the amounts of Available Tax Increment that will be available for payment of the Minimum Improvements Loan. The Authority will not reimburse the Redeveloper for the Qualified Costs from Authority revenues, other than Available Tax Increment, nor guaranty the amount of money which the Redeveloper will receive as a reimbursement, such amount being payable solely from the Available Tax Increment.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • Peer Assistance 1. The District will offer peer assistance to any employee it determines to have a deficiency specified in ORS 342.865 (1) (a), (d), or (h) (if applicable) or who is placed on a program of assistance for performance reasons. The District may also offer peer assistance under any other circumstances it deems appropriate.

  • Mutual Assistance Each party shall assist the other in complying with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. In particular, each party shall:

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Plan of Assistance 1. If an educator receives an “Ineffective” rating on any component on the summative evaluation, a written Notification of Unsatisfactory Performance will be provided to the educator which will include areas requiring improvement.
