TIME TEACHERS AND LESS THAN FULL-YEAR TEACHERS. 1. Part-time teachers shall not be used to replace full-time teaching positions except under extenuating circumstances or under a job-sharing contract with the mutual agreement of the affected teacher(s). It is understood that a teacher may elect to have an Association representative present during District conferences related to job-sharing positions. The Association and the Board shall mutually agree to all terms of the job-sharing contract that are addressed in the Negotiated Agreement.
