Title I Paraprofessionals a. A career ladder for Title I paraprofessionals required to meet the standards of NCLB will be maintained with four steps, based upon the State of Nevada standard for highly qualified status.
Title I Paraprofessionals. A. All Title I federally funded paraprofessionals must meet the requirements of State and Federal Statutes. Failure to do so will result in the transfer of the paraprofessional to another job assignment according to seniority and qualifications. The affected paraprofessional will retain all rights provided by the contract regarding bumping, vacancies, transfer, and lay-off or recall provided in this agreement. The position will be posted and filled by a person who meets the federal requirements.
Title I Paraprofessionals. The Title I Paraprofessionals will work the same calendar established for students. The schedule shall be established and Title I Paraprofessionals so notified ten (10) work days prior to the start of school.
Title I Paraprofessionals. A. Paraprofessionals hired on or before January 8, 2002 and required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, 20 USC 6301 et seq., to meet the requirements of 20 USC 6319(c) by January 8, 2006 shall:
