Training and Apprentice. In addition to the per hour wage rate, the Employer shall contribute (specific amounts shown on wage schedules) per hour for each actual hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement to training.

Training and Apprentice. Section 1. Effective March 2, 2005, in addition to the hourly wage rate, and pension and welfare contributions, the employer shall contribute forty-eight cents ($.48) to training and apprentice.
Training and Apprentice. (A) Each Employer agrees to pay in addition to the wages set out in the schedule attached to this Agreement for all work performed within the territorial jurisdiction of the Western Missouri and Kansas Laborers' District Council covered by this Agreement FIFTY-SIX cents ($.56) per hour for each payroll hour, paid into the Construction Industry Laborers Training Fund established by an Agreement and Declaration of Trust by and between the parties to this Agreement. Xxxxxx, Atchison, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Livingston, Mercer, Nodaway and Worth which shall be paid into the Greater Kansas City Laborers' Training Fund, at a rate of FORTY-SIX cents ($.46) established by an agreement and declaration of trust by and between the Union and the Builders' Association.

  • STUDENTS AND APPRENTICES Payments which a student or business apprentice who is or was immediately before visiting a Contracting State a resident of the other Contracting State and who is present in the first-mentioned State solely for the purpose of his education or training receives for the purpose of his maintenance, education or training shall not be taxed in that State, provided that such payments arise from sources outside that State.
