Training and Apprentice. (A) Each Employer agrees to pay in addition to the wages set out in the schedule attached to this Agreement for all work performed within the territorial jurisdiction of the Western Missouri and Kansas Laborers' District Council covered by this Agreement FIFTY-SIX cents ($.56) per hour for each payroll hour, paid into the Construction Industry Laborers Training Fund established by an Agreement and Declaration of Trust by and between the parties to this Agreement.   • STUDENTS AND APPRENTICES Payments which a student or business apprentice who is or was immediately before visiting a Contracting State a resident of the other Contracting State and who is present in the first-mentioned State solely for the purpose of his education or training receives for the purpose of his maintenance, education or training shall not be taxed in that State, provided that such payments arise from sources outside that State.
