Training and Support Services. IHA may provide training and support to Facility regarding the Survey.

Training and Support Services. Unless otherwise provided for in a Statement of Work, Customer shall be responsible for providing the training and Support Services to Third Party Customers with respect to such Third Party Customers’ use of the Content Direct Services. Compatible Interfaces. Schedule D identifies the means as of the Effective Date by which Customer can access the Content Direct Software and Content Direct Services, including the Content Direct Web Services (the “Compatible Interfaces”). CSG may update the Compatible Interfaces from time to time in its reasonable discretion by providing Customer advance notice consistent with good industry practices, provided CSG shall not cease supporting any item identified on Schedule D without providing at least forty-five (45) days prior written notice to Customer.
