Training Packages a) Unless otherwise agreed, where: i a Training Package has been approved for public funding in Western Australia, and ii the Purchasing Guide (formerly known as Implementation Guide) for the Training Package indicates that the Package covers one or more of the Training Services in Schedule 1, the Provider must use only qualifications from this Training Package when providing those Training Services to new students. b) Existing students studying superseded courses should be encouraged to transfer into the equivalent training package qualification as soon as possible. Existing students must be given the option to complete the course or qualification in which they are currently enrolled if transition to the new or equivalent qualification will cause disadvantage in increased nominal hours or cost. New students must be enrolled in the new or equivalent training package qualification within 12 months of final endorsement, provided that a Purchasing Guide is available for implementing the training package. If this requirement cannot be met, approval must be obtained to continue delivering the superseded course or qualification.

Training Packages. The employer shall provide assistance in the collection of relevant evidence about the employee’s skills to a preferred RTO. • Employees who start and train or already have modules in another AQF 3 training program (dual Trade) will agree to finish all of the remaining training to receive a certificate qualification. • Employees who have completed modules from a different training package but are not going to complete the entire package to have certified qualification will not have those modules acknowledge and therefore will not be able to carry out any work associated with the knowledge gained from that training. • All wages allowances and other benefits provided by this agreement will be continued to be paid by the employer for all time spent training. • All cost associated with training and apprenticeships / traineeships, including meals, accommodation and course fees, will be paid for by the employer

We endeavour to offer CPD training sessions at an affordable level. Our Outreach Co-ordinator will meet with the school’s SLT to identify training needs to agree the focus of the training. A bespoke training package will then be created to deliver to individual schools or School Clusters. Feedback reflects that all training provides practical individual, classroom and whole school strategies. Time is always allocated for questions and answers. Provision for up to 15 staff, £20 pp thereafter. STAFF MEETING (1 hr): £210 STAFF MEETING (1.5 hrs): £300 TWILIGHT (2 hrs): £350 HALF DAY (3 hrs): £470 FULL DAY (6 hrs): £780
Training Packages. If Item 2 of Section C-1 includes a training package, we will conduct the training at the Site and endeavour to deliver the training at the times agreed with you in advance. We will deliver training of your receptionist and system administrator on a one-to-one basis and user training in groups of no more than 10 users. We will conduct the training during our normal working hours. You will allow us access to the Site and to the Equipment to enable us to conduct the training. You must pay us for extra charges if you want us to conduct the training at other times or for additional travel charges (if any), but only if you agreed to pay beforehand. If you request us to cancel or re-schedule a planned training session less than 3 business days prior to the agreed start date, you will lose the agreed hours for that training session.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
