Training System. The contractor shall establish the manpower and training requirements for operation and support of the JTAMS and provide initial training for contractor personnel to support Government Verification Testing.

Training System. (a) An annual site training plan will be developed through consultation with relevant stakeholders including the Training Committee. The training plan will be a dynamic document, allowing for changing priorities, individual development and business needs.
Training System. For training system (s) which are developed and delivered by the supplier, such systems will be evaluated consistent with the SLAs established for Quarterly High Level Satisfaction surveys except that such surveys will be administered to all trained individuals at the close of the training event. Reports of satisfaction levels shall be submitted to the VDOT PM within three business days after completion of the training.
Training System. The Distributor undertakes to apply an identical Therapists' Training System on the Territory as used by the Company. The Distributor hereby notes that each of the training courses comprising the Training System shall be completed by an examination the content of which shall be determined by the Company. The Distributor undertakes to observe the recommended prices of individual courses comprising the Training System supplied by the Company. At the start of each calendar year, the Distributor is obliged to make public, at least by posting on the Website and also in the Bulletin released by the Distributor under the conditions of this Agreement, a timetable of training events organized by the Distributor in compliance with the Training System that will reflect the academic year. The Distributor is obliged to use its reasonable endeavours to promote the specific events organized within the Training System and aimed at acquiring new Therapists. The Distributor hereby notes that each of the Distributor's business partners to whom the Products are supplied for the purpose of resale thereof to end customers (Therapists) shall complete a relevant part of the Training System, with successful completion of the Training System courses to be confirmed by way of the Certificate. The Distributor undertakes not to deliver the Products to any Therapists not holding valid Certificates. Distributor hereby notes that maintaining the validity of the Certificate is based on so-called credit system where each Therapist shall annually obtain a certain number of credits for the Certificate to be renewed; any more particular conditions are included in Appendix No. 6 to this Agreement. The Parties agree that the Company shall keep a database of issued certificates and the validity term thereof and the Distributor is obliged to properly and timely supply information on Therapists having successfully passed examinations within the Training System. Under such information supplied the Company shall issue Certificates. Certificates are only issued by the Company on the basis of supporting documentation concerning completion of the relevant courses supplied by the Distributor.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • Training and Support Through the Solution, the Contractor shall provide all consulting, training, and support to the Customer and FL[DS] to ensure successful implementation of the Solution and ongoing support as necessary and as defined by FL[DS] to include, but not be limited to:
