Transfer Action. 1. Related Service Professionals shall be given consideration for vacancies as they occur and before new Related Service Professionals are employed to fill the vacant positions. If more than one Related Service Professional has applied for the same vacant position, the transfer decision shall be based on the employee's qualifications, (consideration of seniority) and the overall staffing needs of the District.
Transfer Action a. The Professional Employee shall be given consideration for vacancies as they occur and before new educators are employed to fill the vacant positions. Professional Employees who were notified of an intra-building reassignment after the last contract day shall be entitled to up to three interviews as part of the consideration of a transfer request.
