Transfer for Medical Reasons. When an employee becomes physically incapacitated for the performance of any of his/her duties as determined by a physical examination, the Personnel Director may transfer him/her to a vacant position in a class of the same or lower salary level which he/she has the ability to fill, or for which he/she may be expected to acquire the necessary ability after a reasonable time. The employee may request a meeting with the District to discuss the transfer.

Transfer for Medical Reasons. Any employee who has been incapacitated at their regular work by injury or compensable occupational disease while employed by the employer may be employed at other work on a job that is currently available with the employer, which they can do, and for which they is qualified.
Transfer for Medical Reasons. Employees may submit a request for a temporary transfer for bona fide medical reasons, for a period not to exceed six (6) months. The Employer and the Union may consider an extension request. Transfers for medical reasons shall not be arbitrarily or capriciously denied by the Employer.

  • Technical Redundancy Where an employee's employment is being terminated by the employer by reason of the sale or transfer of the whole or part of the employer's business, nothing in this Agreement shall require the employer to pay compensation for redundancy to the employee if:

The City and the Contractor resolve to keep the same key personnel assigned to this engagement throughout its term. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Contractor to replace any key personnel, the replacement will be an individual having equivalent experience and competence in executing projects such as the one described herein. Additionally, the Contractor will promptly notify the City Contract Manager and obtain approval for the replacement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System The CMBHS is the official record of documentation by System Agency. Grantee shall:

  • ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES The COUNTY shall determine eligibility for receiving services under this agreement.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Orally Administered Anticancer Medication In accordance with RIGL § 27-20-67, prescription drug coverage for orally administered anticancer medications is provided at a level no less favorable than coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications covered under your medical benefit.

  • B4 Key Personnel B4.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.
