Transfer/Reassignments. If, as a result of the application of the selection criteria, a person is selected to be released from the affected program, but such person is qualified for another program within the District in which a vacancy exists, that person shall be considered for transfer/reassignment to the other program.

Transfer/Reassignments. Pursuant to the provisions of 25.1 reasonable transfer or reassignments shall be defined as positions related to the work performed by the employee before the reassignment and having more things in common with the pre-reassignment work than not. Job Descriptions: The District and CSEA shall form a sub-committee with the specific purpose of updating classified job descriptions for recommendation to the CSEA bargaining unit and the Upper Lake Unified Board of Education. The committee shall consist of two District representatives and two CSEA representatives having knowledge of the description job classification agendized for review.

  • INVOLUNTARY TRANSFERS AND REASSIGNMENTS A. Notice of an involuntary transfer or reassignment shall be given to each teacher involved as soon as possible, and except in cases of emergency, not later than June 15th.

  • Permanent Reassignment Nothing in this procedure will preclude Management from permanently reassigning an employee to another position provided the employee is notified, in writing, of the reason(s) for the reassignment. A permanent reassignment is an extraordinary action.   • Gender Reassignment Services This plan covers services related to gender reassignment. Preauthorization may be required for gender reassignment surgical services.

  • Involuntary Reassignment In the absence of volunteers to fill a vacancy internally, the college may administratively reassign from any overstaffed area that qualified faculty member with the lowest seniority.
