Transport Assistance. Principals may access transport assistance for workrelated travel associated with the role of principal in accordance with the Brisbane Catholic Education Motor Vehicle Policy. Proposed variations to this policy shall be subject to appropriate consultation with and consideration by principals.
Transport Assistance. Transport Assistance provisions ceased for new employees, and for employees who change position, from 1 January 2007 with the commencement of shift incentives. A few employees remain eligible for payment while not receiving shift incentive and until changing position. Grandparented rates applying to eligible travel are in the 2015-2018 CEA.

Transport Assistance. Employees in residences whose hours of duty are such that they cannot use the public transport that is available during normal working hours and must therefore make alternative arrangements to travel to and from work are to be paid an allowance in accordance with the rates* set out in the following table: Shortest distance (km’s) between employee’s home and place of employment (One way) Allowance per return trip 2 – 3.9 $2.00 4 – 5.9 $2.88 6 – 7.9 $3.90 8 – 9.9 $4.80 10 – 11.9 $5.81 12 – 13.9 $6.75 14 – 15.9 $7.68 16 and over $8.19 *Rates will be updated when the vehicle expenses rate is updated.
Transport Assistance. In the event that patient care requires additional personnel during transport to the receiving facility, the ambulance crew may request use of City Fire- EMS Department personnel from the Incident Commander on scene to assist with the transport.
Transport Assistance. The parties agree that the funding formula specified in this Schedule is based on current government policy and that this policy may change during the term of this Agreement. Where any such change occurs, the Ministry will notify the Board of the amendments to this Schedule by forwarding a replacement Schedule to the Board.
Transport Assistance. Upon payment of the applicable fees, the Client's Caregiver at the LifeCell Empanelled Hospital / Maternity Clinic would assist to facilitate for the collection, preparation and labeling of the Maternal Blood and the Umbilical Cord Blood and Birth Tissues (if applicable) in the Collection Kit/s available at such LifeCell Empanelled Hospital / Maternity Clinic. At the request of the Client, LifeCell would also arrange for a certified Logistics Service Provider, at no extra cost to the Client, for transport of the Maternal Blood and the Umbilical Cord Blood and Birth Tissues (if applicable) along with the duly completed forms included in the Collection Kit, from such LifeCell Empanelled Hospital / Maternity Clinic to LifeCell’s laboratory. If the Umbilical Cord Blood and/or Maternal Blood is not collected due to any medical reason/s as certified by a written declaration from the attending Obstetrician / Gynaecologist (as applicable), then subject to payment of fees by the Client and its realization, the Client can continue to avail the Services and all the benefits as per the terms of this Agreement.
