Transport Assistance. Transport Assistance provisions ceased for new employees, and for employees who change position, from 1 January 2007 with the commencement of shift incentives. A few employees remain eligible for payment while not receiving shift incentive and until changing position. Grandparented rates applying to eligible travel are in the 2015-2018 CEA.
Transport Assistance. Principals may access transport assistance for workrelated travel associated with the role of principal in accordance with the Brisbane Catholic Education Motor Vehicle Policy. Proposed variations to this policy shall be subject to appropriate consultation with and consideration by principals.
Transport Assistance. Transport Assistance. The parties agree that the funding formula specified in this Schedule is based on current government policy and that this policy may change during the term of this Agreement. Where any such change occurs, the Ministry will notify the Board of the amendments to this Schedule by forwarding a replacement Schedule to the Board.
Transport Assistance. Upon payment of the applicable fees, the Client's Caregiver at the LifeCell Empanelled Hospital / Maternity Clinic would assist to facilitate for the collection, preparation and labeling of the Maternal Blood and the Umbilical Cord Blood in the Collection Kit/s available at such LifeCell Empanelled Hospital / Maternity Clinic. At the request of the Client, LifeCell would also arrange for a certified Logistics Service Provider, at no extra cost to the Client, for transport of the Maternal Blood and the Umbilical Cord Blood along with the duly completed forms included in the Collection Kit, from such LifeCell Empanelled Hospital / Maternity Clinic to LifeCell’s laboratory. If the Umbilical Cord Blood and/or Maternal Blood is not collected due to any medical reason/s as certified by a written declaration from the attending Obstetrician / Gynaecologist (as applicable), then subject to payment of fees by the Client and its realization, the Client can continue to avail the Services and all the benefits as per the terms of this Agreement.

Transport Assistance. Where the hours of workare such that the public transport normally used by an employeeis not available, transport assistance will be provdi ed on an actual and reasonable basis.
Transport Assistance. Where an employee has been determined to be unfit for work and is directed to leave work: ◼ The employee is not permitted to use any Company vehicle; ◼ The employee should be discouraged from driving their own vehicle; ◼ The manager must take reasonable steps to arrange for the employee to reach a safe destination. Eg. A taxi at the Company’s expense; or transportation to public transport. Return to Work When the employee next reports for duty, the Human Resources Manager or Operations Manager must discuss the situation with them, in accordance with the Company’s counselling guidelines, at the commencement of their shift, or as soon as practicable thereafter. Under no circumstances should the discussion be held in a customer contact area or within the presence of other staff who are not directly involved in the counselling and/or discussion. During the discussion, the employee should be made aware of the following: The reason why they were directed to leave work.
