Use of Personal Automobile A. Effective upon the execution date of this Agreement, unit members who use their personal automobile for assigned non-campus University business shall receive reimbursement by the University as follows:
Personal Belongings Tenant agrees not to leave any personal belongings (including lawn furniture) in the parking areas, common halls, sidewalks, lawn areas or other common areas of the apartment community.
Personal Accident On payment of a Claim under Benefit II (a): Death or Permanent Total Disablement, the cover will cease in respect of that Insured Person.
Commercial Automobile Liability Where the services to be provided under this Contract involve or require the use of any type of vehicle by Contractor, Contractor shall provide comprehensive business or commercial automobile liability coverage, including non-owned and hired automobile liability, in the amount of $1,000,000.00.
Personal Accident Insurance The Member is covered by policies of insurance which pay benefits in case of injury, death or dismemberment as the result of an accident. A certificate of insurance that explains the benefits provided by the policy will be given to the Member with this Membership Contract. Coverage provided by Individual Assurance Company of Xxxxxx, XX 00000.
Business Automobile Liability insurance with a combined Bodily Injury/Property Damage limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. The policy shall cover liability arising from the operation of licensed vehicles by policyholder.
Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.
DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.
Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.
