Common use of Travel Time Clause in Contracts

Travel Time. Any employee who is transferred, at the request of the Company, from one store to another during the regular working day, shall be paid his or her regular hourly rate for all travelling time. Employees shall be compensated for actual expenses of public transportation or its equivalent or the actual cost of taxi fare, if such transportation is required by the Company.
