TRENCH SAFETY ACT. Pursuant to Chapter 90-96 (CS/SB 2626), Laws of Florida, "Trench Safety Act", any person submitting a Bid/proposal is required to complete the form entitled: COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA TRENCH SAFETY ACT (90-96, LAWS OF FLORIDA), if applicable, and return the form with the Official Bid Form, (Part D, Attachment D) This is not a pay item. The purpose of this form is to gather information on the costs associated with trench safety measures and to insure that the Bidder has considered these costs and included them in the Base Bid. Failure to complete this form may result in the Bid being declared non-responsive.

TRENCH SAFETY ACT. (Construction) Offerors shall comply with the “Florida Trench Safety Act”. WASTE TIRE RECYCLING/DISPOSAL SCOPE OF WORK Specification: Annual Fixed Price Contract for Waste Tire Removal and Recycling/Disposal from the Escambia County Waste Service (WS) Waste Tire Collection Center (WTCC) located at 00000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Cantonment, Florida. Service will be provided on a weekly basis.
TRENCH SAFETY ACT. Pursuant to Chapter 90-96 (CS/SB 2626), Laws of Florida, "Trench Safety Act", any person submitting a Bid is required to comply with the requirements of the FLORIDA TRENCH SAFETY ACT (90-96, LAWS OF FLORIDA). The Contractor must complete the Trench Safety Act Form (“Form”) and return the Form with its Proposal. Failure to submit said Form will result in the Contractor being deemed non-responsive. The Town in its sole discretion may allow the Form to be submitted during the evaluation process. Any costs identified on the Form are not a pay item. The purpose of this form is to gather information on the costs associated with trench safety measures and to insure that the Bidder has considered these costs and included them in its Bid prices. Failure to complete this form may result in the Bid being declared non-responsive.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Act The Employer, the Union and the employees agree to be bound by the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, S.N.S. 1996, c.7.

  • Health and Safety Standards Contractor shall abide by all health and safety standards set forth by the State of California and/or the County of Xxxxxx pursuant to the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. If applicable, Contractor must receive all health and safety information and training from County.

  • OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH A. Consultant will perform the Services in compliance with the most current versions of all laws, standards, rules, and regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and all state and federal laws and regulations relating to safety and health standards. Consultant shall perform the Services in compliance with, will furnish only supplies, articles, and equipment that comply with such laws, standards, and regulations.

  • Occupational Safety and Health Acts Contractor(s) who perform any work under this contract shall fully comply with the provisions of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and any amendments thereto and regulations pursuant to the act. Any Contractor who fails to do so may be terminated for cause as set forth below.

  • SAFETY AND HEALTH 21.01 The Employer shall continue to enforce all reasonable provisions for the occupational safety and health of employees. The Employer will welcome suggestions on the subject from the Institute and the parties undertake to consult with a view to adopting and expeditiously carrying out reasonable procedures and techniques designed or intended to prevent or reduce the risk of employment injury or occupational illness.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK The Supplier shall undertake its obligations arising hereunder and in all Contracts in accordance with the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System or equivalent. Both parties shall take all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of the other party’s employees and agents visiting their premises. The Supplier shall notify the Authority of any use of substances listed under COSHH regulations or the Montreal Protocol in the provision of the Services.

  • Safety Act, Sec 1 (1). The employee rights set out above shall be interpreted within the context of the Ontario Human Rights Code. An employee who believes that she has been harassed, contrary to this provision shall be encouraged by both parties to follow the Employer’s policy on harassment and process. Failing resolution, an employee may follow the process set out in the Complaint, Grievance and Arbitration procedure in Article 8 of the Collective Agreement. The employee shall be encouraged by both parties to exhaust these processes prior to filing a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

  • Health, Safety and Security 22.2.1 The University and the Association agree to promote safe, secure and healthy working conditions and procedures, and to encourage Members to adopt and follow sound health, safety and security procedures in the performance of their work.
