Common use of Union Notice Board Clause in Contracts

Union Notice Board. (a) The Employer shall provide one (1) bulletin board for use by the Union to post notice(s) of Union meeting(s) and/or social event(s); the content(s) of any such notice(s) to be limited strictly to providing the aforesaid information. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no such notice(s) shall contain any content which is immoral, illegal or discriminatory in nature, or which otherwise is, in any way, “negative” or otherwise “derogatory” concerning the Employer.
