CERTIFICATE OF BARGAINING AUTHORITY. 5.1 This Agreement shall relate only to employees and categories of employees referred to in the Certificate of Bargaining Authority issued by the Labour Relations Board under date of August 14, 1973, and covering only Non-Teaching Staff as expressly provided in Appendix A. In the event the parties cannot agree, the question of inclusion or exclusion may be referred to the relevant labour relations legislation. Where the parties fail to agree and pending a decision from the relevant body administering the labour relations legislation, the position may be filled and worked.

CERTIFICATE OF BARGAINING AUTHORITY. (a) The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all Owner Operators and Drivers of Owner-Operators ("Driver", "Drivers", or Owner-Operator Drivers) as referred to in Order No. 1 061 6-U issued by the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
CERTIFICATE OF BARGAINING AUTHORITY. The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees and categories of employees referred to in the Certificate of Bargaining Authority issued by the Canada Labour Relations Board.
CERTIFICATE OF BARGAINING AUTHORITY t The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the Sole Bargaining Agent for I Employees and categories of employees referred to in the Certificate of Bargaining Authority held from time to time by the Union, and: Where applicable all employees for whom the Employer has voluntarily recognized the Union as their bargaining agent, and All dependent contractors who are members of the Union and who are also specifically named by the Union as agreeable members of the bargaining unit in accordance with the procedure outlined in Article (a) and All casual employees who are covered by the Certificate of Bargaining Authority or are employed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement as employees. Section Bargaining Authority All members of the Union shall receive a copy of this Agreement which is binding upon the bargaining authority and every employee in the unit for which the Union has been certified or where no certification exists, as recognized by this Agreement. The Union shall be responsible for the printing of these Collective Agreements and the Company will purchase such agreements so that each and every regular employee of the Company falling within the area of jurisdiction of this Agreement will receive a copy.
