UNION SHOP AND CHECKOFF. Section 2.1 - Union Membership To the extent not inconsistent with the law, employees covered by this agreement at the time it becomes effective who are members of the union at the time shall be required as condition of continued employment, to continue membership in the Union for the duration of this Agreement. Employees covered by this Agreement who are not members of the Union at the time that this Agreement becomes effective shall be required, to the extent not inconsistent with the law and as a condition of continued employment, to become members of the Union within five (5) days after the thirtieth (30th) calendar day following the effective date of this Agreement. Employees hired, rehired, reinstated or transferred into a bargaining unit position after the effective date of this Agreement shall be required, to the extent not inconsistent with the law and as condition of employment, to become members of the Union within five (5) days after the thirtieth (30th) calendar day following the initiation of their employment. An employee who shall tender initiation fees (if not already a member) and periodic dues uniformly required as a condition of acquiring or retaining membership shall be deemed to meet this condition.

UNION SHOP AND CHECKOFF. Section 1. It shall be a condition of employment that all employees of the Company covered by this Agreement who are members of the Union, in good standing, on the effective date of this Agreement, shall remain members in good standing; that those employees who are not members of the Union on the effective date of this Agreement shall, on or after the thirty- first (31st) calendar day following the effective date or the execution of this Agreement, whichever is later, become and remain members in good standing in the Union, or in any event, pay the Union service fees or service charges which members in good standing are paying. It shall also be a condition of employment, that all employees covered by this Agreement and hired on or after its effective date or date of execution, whichever is later, shall, on or after the thirty-first (31st) calendar day following the beginning of such employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union, or, shall pay the same amount of service fees or service charges as members in good standing do pay.
UNION SHOP AND CHECKOFF. SECTION 1. ---------- All employees shall, as a continuing condition of employment with the Company, become members in the Union on the 60th day following the beginning of their employment, or 60 days after the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is the later, and shall maintain such membership in the Union during the life of this Agreement.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority.   • GENERAL SERVICE DESCRIPTION Service Provider currently provides active medical, pharmacy(Rx) and dental administration for coverages provided through Empire and Anthem (medical), Medco(Rx), MetLife(dental) and SHPS (FSA) (Empire, Anthem, Medco, MetLife and SHPS collectively, the “Vendors”) for its U.S. Active, Salaried, Eligible Employees (“Covered Employees”). Service Provider shall keep the current contracts with the Vendors and the ITT CORPORATION SALARIED MEDICAL AND DENTAL PLAN (PLAN NUMBER 502 EIN 00-0000000) and the ITT Salaried Medical Plan and Salaried Dental Plan General Plan Terms (collectively, the “Plans”) and all coverage thereunder in full force through December 31, 2011 for Service Recipient’s Covered Employees. All claims of Service Recipient’s Covered Employees made under the Plans and incurred on or prior to December 31, 2011 the (“2011 Plan Year”) will be adjudicated in accordance with the current contract and Service Provider will continue to take such actions on behalf of Service Recipient’s Covered Employees as if such employees are employees of Service Provider. All medical, dental, pharmacy and FSA claims of Service Recipient’s Covered Employees made under the Plans (the “Claims”) will be paid by the Vendors on behalf of the Service Provider. Service Recipient will pay Service Provider for coverage based on 2011 budget premium rates previously set for the calendar year 2011 and described in the “Pricing” section below. Service Recipient will pay Service Provider monthly premium payments for this service, for any full or partial months, based on actual enrollment for the months covered post-spin using enrollments as of the first (1st) calendar day of the month, commencing on the day after the Distribution Date. Service Recipient will prepare and deliver to Service Provider a monthly self xxxx containing cost breakdown by business unit and plan tier as set forth on Attachment A, within five (5) Business Days after the beginning of each calendar month. The Service Recipient will be required to pay the Service Provider the monthly premium payments within ten (10) Business Days after the beginning of each calendar month. A detailed listing of Service Recipient’s employees covered, including the Plans and enrollment tier in which they are enrolled, will be made available to Service Provider upon its reasonable request. Service Provider will retain responsibility for executing funding of Claim payments and eligibility management with Vendors through December 31, 2013. Service Provider will conduct a Headcount True-Up (as defined below) of the monthly premiums and establish an Incurred But Not Reported (“IBNR”) claims reserve for Claims incurred prior to December 31, 2011 date, but paid after that date, and conduct a reconciliation of such reserve. See “Headcount True-Up” and “IBNR Reconciliation” sections under Additional Pricing for details.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
