Unit Changes. If titles are created during the life of this Contract, or if existing faculty positions are moved into the classified service or unclassified administrative service, the Chancellor or designee shall give the MSCF written notice at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of actual implementation. The parties will meet prior to implementation if the MSCF requests and will attempt to agree on the inclusion or exclusion of the new title or position. If the parties cannot agree, the question will be submitted to the director of the Bureau of Mediation Services for a determination of the inclusion or exclusion of such title.
Unit Changes. The University may change Resident's Unit assignment if it determines that such a change is in the best interest of the University (this includes, but is not limited to, changes based on administrative need), necessary in order to comply with any sanction or interim measure imposed by the Student Conduct Office and/or if Resident poses a health and safety risk to Resident or other campus community members. If the University changes Resident's housing assignment or houses Resident off-campus as a result of Resident's actions, any fees associated with the change shall be Resident's sole responsibility.
Unit Changes. While every effort is made to accommodate guests in the specific cabin requested, there may be an occurrence outside of our control, which would make the unit unavailable. Should this occur, Bottle Bay Resort & Marina will make every effort to find suitable accommodations for the same period. Rates may vary and Bottle Bay Resort & Marina’s liability shall be limited to the refund of the deposit.

Unit Changes. In order to change housing assignments, students must submit a Change of Housing Assignment Request Form to the Office of Residential Education and Services. Once the form is submitted, the request must be approved by the Office of Residential Education and Services before the change can take place. Once housing assignments are distributed, students must wait until September 9, 2013 (for fall) or January 27, 2014 (for spring) to submit a Change of Housing Assignment Request Form. Change of Housing Assignment Request Forms will not be accepted after november 11, 2013 (for fall) or March 31, 2014 (for spring). Approval of Change of Housing Assignment Request Forms may be granted or withheld at the University’s sole discretion. Students who move rooms without approval or do not follow University instructions may be fined up to $300 for each and every unauthorized move.
i. Students are assigned to specific spaces within suites and units. Students wishing to change assignments within their suite/ apartment must still submit a Change of Housing Assignment Request Forma and it must be approved by the Office of Residential Education and Services. Failure to receive approval before changing assignments within their suite/apartment may result in a student being required to move back to assigned space and a fine of up to $300.

The Resident’s University Housing account must be current and in good standing prior to the Unit change. A Resident’s current Unit is subject to inspection prior to a Unit change being offered. If current violations are noted during that inspection, the Unit change request will be canceled. This may also result in damage and cleaning charges as well as other consequences as stated in the Contract.

This may also result in damage and cleaning charges as well as other consequences as stated in the Rental Agreement.
Unit Changes. This field allows to define by how many units the large change buttons will increase or decrease the selected cell(s). The small change unit is fixed and can not be changed by the customer. It's value is always as small as possible for the table in use. This allows for very fine changes. To set the large changes to a value of choice, a number needs to be typed into the “Multiplier” field. As in the picture, “Multiplier” = 100 “Small” = 1 the result is that the large change buttons will change the value of the selected cells 100 times the value of the small change, AKA “100”. When the “%” check box is selected then all changes made will be in percent.
