Unrestricted Personal Leave. A. Of the three (3) personal leave days, one (1) day shall be granted without restrictions, except for the month of May restriction, if the following provisions are met: 1. The teacher has given one (1) week’s advance notice. B. Additionally, for personal leave on the day preceding or following a holiday, or the day of school inservice, or the first or last day of school, the Superintendent shall approve the leave, if the leave is warranted. Also, no unrestricted personal leave may be used in May without the prior approval of the Superintendent.
