Commitment of Employee. Employee shall devote substantially all of his productive business time, attention, knowledge and skill exclusively to the performance of his duties hereunder throughout the Term of Employment and shall at all times discharge his duties faithfully, industriously and to the best of his ability, experience and talents.
Commitment of Employee. Employee shall, to the best of his/her ability, devote his/her full business time and best efforts to the performance of his/her duties under this Agreement and the business and affairs of Employer. Employee shall duly, punctually, and faithfully perform and observe any and all rules and regulations which Employer may now or shall hereafter establish governing the conduct of its business and the conduct of its employees, except to the extent that such rules and regulations are inconsistent with this Agreement. Commitment of Employee. The employee granted an uncompensated leave shall give notification to the Board as to his/her intentions at least thirty (30) days prior to the next semester when he/she is scheduled to return to service. If said notification is not received, action may be taken to terminate employment.
Commitment of Employee a. A leave of absence shall be used essentially and primarily for the purposes stated by the employee in the application for which the leave is granted. Any alteration of plans or purposes by the employee without the written approval of the Superintendent shall be considered by the Board as a termination of the employee’s contract by the employee.
Commitment of Employee. Employee will use his best efforts to perform his duties and will devote full time and attention to these duties during working hours. Employee may engage in non-bank business activities with prior approval of the PSB Board of Directors, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Commitment of Employee. With the exceptions described in section 2D below, Employee shall, to the best of his ability, devote the necessary business time and his best efforts to the performance of his duties under this Agreement and the business and affairs of Employer. Employee shall duly, punctually, and faithfully perform and observe any and all reasonable rules and regulations which Employer may now or shall hereafter establish governing the conduct of its business and the conduct of its employees, except to the extent that such rules and regulations are inconsistent with this Agreement. Commitment of Employee. A leave of absence for professional development or a sabbatical leave for the restoration of health may be taken for the period approved. Acceptance of said leave incurs a commitment by the employee to return to active duty in the Mountain View School District immediately following the leave of absence for one (1) full school term. The Board will not waive the requirement to return to active duty following a leave of absence for professional development or a sabbatical leave of absence for restoration of health unless the employee is unable to return to work because of illness or physical disability.
Commitment of Employee. The employee granted an uncompensated leave shall inform the Board by the scheduled return date as to his/her intentions.
Commitment of Employee. The Executive shall carry out his duties on such days and during such hours as shall be reasonably determined by the Board having regard to the needs of the Company's business. Regulation 4(1) of The Working Time Regulations 1998 (the "Regulations") provides that an employee's average working time, including overtime, in any applicable reference period (generally a period of 17 weeks) shall not exceed 48 hours for each seven day period. The Regulations allow individuals to contract out of Regulation 4(1). By entering into this Agreement the Executive agrees with the Company, that for the duration of the Executive's employment, Regulation 4(1) or any successor provision shall not apply, unless and until the expiry of three month's prior written notice given by the Executive to the Company to end such agreement. Whether or not Regulation 4(1) shall apply to the Executive's employment hereunder, the Executive agrees that the 17 week reference period referred to above shall consist of fixed 17 week periods, such 17 week periods shall be deemed to have commenced on October 1, 1999.
Commitment of Employee. 1.) A sabbatical leave may be taken for the period and purpose approved. Compensable employment may not be engaged in while the employee is on sabbatical leave without the prior approval of the Board of Education. Acceptance of sabbatical leave incurs a commitment by the employee to return to employment in this District immediately following said leave of absence for not less than one (1) school term. The Board may waive the obligation of the individual to return to the District.
