Unscheduled Part Time Employees. Unscheduled part time employees are employees who do not have a regular full time or regular part time schedule and have no guarantee of hours. Unscheduled part time employees are employees who bid on variable work week schedules during the biweekly bid process and are offered additional hours of work by seniority according to the procedures set forth in Article 1517, below.
