UPDATE POLICY. Grove Software may create, from time to time, updated versions of the Software. At its option, Grove Software may make such updates available to Licensee upon such terms and conditions as it determines are appropriate.
UPDATE POLICY. 5.1 If Xxxxxxxxx Electric creates updated or upgraded versions, or offers add-on components, of the Software Product, it will not be obligated to supply them to You, unless You have a valid maintenance agreement with Xxxxxxxxx Electric or its authorised reseller.
5.2 If You are entitled to receive updated or upgraded versions, or add-on components of the Software Product, such shall be subject to the terms of this XXXX as such terms may have evolved at the time of supply of any update, upgrade or add-on.
5.3 Some Software Products covered by this XXXX include a software utility (hereinafter “Software Update Utility”). Its functions are (i) to notify You of a download availability of an update, an upgrade or a new version of the Software Product; (ii) to allow You to download them, provided that You pay associated fees, if any; and (iii) to improve Your experience in the Software Products whilst enabling Xxxxxxxxx Electric to collect and process relevant information related to Your use of the Software Products. These functions are active by default and may be disabled from the settings of the Software Update Utility. A reference to the Software Product in this XXXX will be deemed to include a reference to the Software Update Utility.
5.4 If You are entitled to receive any updated, upgraded or new version, or add-on components of a Software Product, You are encouraged to implement them so as to take advantages of new features, enhancements or bug fixes contained in such updated, upgraded, or new version, or add-on.
5.5 A reference to the Software Product in this XXXX will be deemed to include a reference to any updated, upgraded, new version or add-on of the Software Product provided to You by Xxxxxxxxx Electric or its authorised reseller.
UPDATE POLICY. Perle may create, from time to time, updated versions of the SOFTWARE. At Perle's option, such updates may be available only on paying an update fee.
UPDATE POLICY. Eaton may from time to time, but has no obligation to, create Updates of the Software or components thereof.
UPDATE POLICY. THE AUTHOR may create, from time to time, updated versions of the SOFTWARE. At its option, THE AUTHOR will make such updates available to the Licensee. All updates (minor or major) will be free of charge during Initial Term and Renewal Terms.
UPDATE POLICY. 6.1 QED Advanced Systems Limited may create, from time to time, updated versions of the Software. QED Advanced Systems Limited will make any such updated versions available to licensees who have paid the update fee. If you acquire an updated version of the Software then all copies of the previous version must be destroyed and not used, except for one copy which may be retained solely for archival purposes.
6.2 Additional ResourceXpress licences can only be added to an existing server where this system is covered by a valid software maintenance agreement. If additional licences are added to an existing server with a valid support agreement, the term of additional licences support will be coterminous with that of the existing server support.
6.3 Updated versions of software or change of platform licences will only be provided to customers with a current, valid software maintenance agreement.
UPDATE POLICY. Additionally, as part of Support, Chordiant shall provide Customer with Updates, if and when such Updates made available by Chordiant.
UPDATE POLICY. ETM may create, from time to time, updated versions of the Software Product. The Licensee is entitled to update the Software Product to a new version or with public patches only in case of a valid support contract for each license he holds.

Licensor will on occasion provide new release or product information through email notification and /or telephone contact. Licensee may opt-out of this communication at any time.
UPDATE POLICY. NplusT may create, from time to time, updated versions of the Software. NplusT will make any such updated versions available to licensees who have paid the update fee. Updates are available without paying the update fee for 12 month after the start of the licensing period, if the licensing period does not terminate earlier. NplusT also offers yearly maintenance contract which includes the updates for the contract period. If you acquire or receive free an updated version of the Software then all copies of the previous version must be destroyed and not used, except for one copy which may be retained solely for archival purposes.
