UPDATE POLICY. Grove Software may create, from time to time, updated versions of the Software. At its option, Grove Software may make such updates available to Licensee upon such terms and conditions as it determines are appropriate.
UPDATE POLICY. 5.1 If Xxxxxxxxx Electric creates updated or upgraded versions, or offers add-on components, of the Software Product, it will not be obligated to supply them to You, unless You have a valid maintenance agreement with Xxxxxxxxx Electric or its authorised reseller.

UPDATE POLICY. 6.1 QED Advanced Systems Limited may create, from time to time, updated versions of the Software. QED Advanced Systems Limited will make any such updated versions available to licensees who have paid the update fee. If you acquire an updated version of the Software then all copies of the previous version must be destroyed and not used, except for one copy which may be retained solely for archival purposes.
UPDATE POLICY. Additionally, as part of Support, Chordiant shall provide Customer with Updates, if and when such Updates made available by Chordiant.
UPDATE POLICY. ETM may create, from time to time, updated versions of the Software Product. The Licensee is entitled to update the Software Product to a new version or with public patches only in case of a valid support contract for each license he holds.
UPDATE POLICY. 12d Solutions Pty Ltd may create, from time to time, updated versions of the SOFTWARE. At its option, 12d Solutions Pty Ltd may make such updates available to the LICENSEE and transferees who have paid the update fee or are subject to full software maintenance, where applicable. Supply of any such updates shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Licence and reference to SOFTWARE in the Licence shall mean and include any such update.
UPDATE POLICY. 5.1 If ThoughtWire creates updated versions of the ThoughtWire Application, ThoughtWire will provide such update to You. If ThoughtWire creates upgraded versions of, or offers add-on components to, the ThoughtWire Application, ThoughtWire will not be obligated to supply them to You, unless the MSA or an agreement with ThoughtWire’s authorised reseller provides for same.
