When the DRA is replaced, the replacement shall be appointed in the same manner as the original advisor was appointed. The selection of a replacement DRA must start upon determination of the need for replacement and must be completed within 15 days. The Dispute Resolution Advisor Agreement must be amended to reflect the change of the DRA. Each party shall document the need for replacement and substantiate the replacement request in writing to the other party and DRA.
