Upon resignation. 2. Upon discharge for just cause.
Upon resignation. After twenty (20) years of non-continuous service with the City of Dublin City, an employee who resigns from City service in good standing (employee’s separation must not be for just cause) and who has a minimum of one thousand two hundred eighty (1,280) hours of sick leave in the employee’s sick leave balance at the time of resignation, shall be entitled to convert a portion of the employee’s unused sick leave balance. The conversion payment under this provision shall be the employee’s straight-time hourly rate of pay multiplied by one-third (1/3) of the total number of unused sick leave hours, up to a maximum of five hundred (500) hours.
Upon resignation. The Department or the Contractor may replace a DRA for failing to fully comply with required employment or financial disclosure conditions of the DRA as described in the Contract and this Agreement. When the DRA is replaced, the replacement shall be appointed in the same manner as the original advisor was appointed. The selection of a replacement DRA must start upon determination of the need for replacement and must be completed within 15 days. The Dispute Resolution Advisor Agreement must be amended to reflect the change of the DRA. Each party shall document the need for replacement and substantiate the replacement request in writing to the other party and DRA.

Upon resignation. Any secretary with ten (10) years of experience will be paid $35.00 a day for each unused/earned sick leave day not to exceed one-hundred (100) days.
Upon resignation. Any secretary who voluntarily discontinues her/his services will be paid all unused/earned vacation days at their current rate of pay.
Upon resignation. Any secretary with ten (10) years of experience will be paid all unused/earned personal business days at their current rate of pay.
Upon resignation. To an employee who has completed ten (10) or more years of continuous service, the Employer agrees to pay that employee a lump sum equal to one half (1/2) of one week salary for each complete year of service; an employee who has completed twenty (20) or more years of service shall receive an amount equal to one week salary for each year. The maximum payable is twenty-six (26) weeks. This clause applies only to employees on staff on the date this agreement is signed.
Upon resignation the volunteering employee will become entitled to either Option 1 or Option 2 and severance pay pursuant to paragraph B5.02 of Article B-5.
Upon resignation all consideration for tenure and renewal shall cease. A faculty member who wishes to resign has the professional obligation to provide the University with at least one (1) semester’s notice. Upon notice of non-renewal any consideration of promotion shall end; in addition, those in non-renewal status may not receive any professional development leaves and other professional development opportunities.
