Use of Contractor’s design. The Contractor’s design may be used for other planning purposes (in other technology platforms) internal to the Employer.

Use of Contractor’s design. The Employer owns the rights and uses all documents and data for the sole purpose of all its needs at KOU. The Employer reserves the right to issue the Contractor’s design or drawings to other Contractor s or Contractors for purposes of construction, maintenance, design reviews, construction monitoring, and technical support during construction, spares, verifications, modifications in future or any other purposes required by the Employer. The Employer has total rights to use the design as the Employer requires. The Contractor notes that all drawings and other documentation supplied to the Employer become the property of the Employer upon completion of the services.
