USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. Teachers and other professional staff are prohibited from using their personal cell phone, pagers, and any other electronic devices during student contact time for personal use. All such components shall be turned to silent/vibrate during student contact time. Teachers may use their personal cell phone, pagers, and any other electronic devices before school, lunch time, planning time and after school. Communication equipment may be used during emergency situations.

HSDB will not be responsible for damage, theft, or repairs to personal equipment. Students who bring personal cellphones are required to sign the HSDB PERSONAL CELL PHONE AGREEMENT (on next page).
