USE OF EXHIBITION SPACE. Exhibitor shall not sell or exchange goods or money on the exhibition floor. Exhibitor shall not assign to a third party its Exhibition space or any portion of that space without the prior written consent of GCSCS, which GCSCS may grant or withhold at its sole discretion. If such permission is given, the Exhibitor shall assume full responsibility for the conduct of the assignee and all its representatives and the Exhibitor shall not charge its assignee more than a fair proportionate share of the exhibit fee. Permission to assign or share space shall not be given unless the assignee or person who is going to share the space, agrees to and does assume all of the responsibility, liabilities and terms of this agreement. No firm or organization not assigned exhibit space will be permitted to solicit business within the exhibit area. GCSCS reserves the right to withdraw its acceptance of this application if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the Exhibitor is not eligible to participate or that the Exhibitor's product is not eligible to be displayed in this Exhibition, or that the Exhibitor or any of its representatives fail to conduct themselves in accordance with normal standards of decorum and good taste.

USE OF EXHIBITION SPACE a. Exhibitors are only entitled to exhibit such products as are approved by the organizer and the Exhibitors are to manage their exhibits with competent personnel during the opening hours of the Exhibition. The organizer reserves the rights to refuse admittance to any visitor to the Exhibition to have access to the stand. Exhibitors are not allowed to sub-let or assign the stand/s allocated to them to other parties either wholly or in part without written consent of the organizer. Exhibitors will be liable for any damage to the walls or to any part of the Exhibition hall in which their exhibits are placed and shall not paint or otherwise alter the floors, ceiling, pillars, or walls without prior consent of the organizer.

Any articles exhibited without prior authorization may be taken away at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor. No change of items on display may be affected during the opening times of the Exhibition. Items may not be exhibited outside the limits of the space allocated to the Exhibitor;

Failure to observe these regulations may result in the Organizers taking the steps they consider necessary against offenders, without assuming any responsibility whatsoever for the consequences arising from such violations of regulations. The Organizers reserve the right to deny any visitor(s) admittance to the Exhibition as a whole or access to any particular stand(s) or space(s) or area(s) within it. Exhibitors are not allowed to subject or assign the stand(s) or space(s) allotted to them to other parties either wholly or in part without written consent of the Organizers. Where such consent is given, each Exhibitor on a given stand or space will be jointly and severally liable under the terms of this Contract and one representative should sign this Contract on behalf of all Exhibitors involved. Exhibitors shall be liable for any damage to the walls or to any part of the exhibition premises in which their exhibits are placed and shall not paint or otherwise alter the floors, ceilings, pillars or walls without the prior consent of the Organizers.

USE OF EXHIBITION SPACE. 2.1 The Event Manager makes available the exhibition space to the Exhibitor who hereby undertakes to, subject to clause 4 below, promote and/or exhibit its merchandise at the exhibition space for the period as set out in the Application Form, and in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
