Use of Mail System. The Association shall have the right to insert organizational materials in the member’s mailboxes and a copy of the materials will be given to the appropriate administrator at the time of distribution to members.
Use of Mail System. SRJC CFT may use the existing intradistrict mail system for the bargaining unit consistent with the law. Copies of material distributed shall contain the date of distribution and CFT identification.
Use of Mail System. AFA may have use of the District email system, the intra- district mail system, unit member mailboxes, and District bulletin boards. Such use will be for the purposes of distributing communications to unit members. Materials distributed by AFA will contain the date of distribution and AFA identification.
Use of Mail System. The Association shall have the right to reasonable use of the intra-district mail service, e-mail and teacher mailboxes for communication with its members. An Association representative shall have the responsibility for sorting and placing the mail in boxes. No other association, group or organization or representative thereof, whether union or not, shall have the right to use the intra-district mail service, email and or teacher mailboxes for any other purpose. This does not prohibit the District from normal dissemination of information from other educational agencies.
Use of Mail System. The Association may use employee mailboxes, electronic or otherwise, located within the District for communication with its members, provided that such use does not interrupt or interfere with the utilization of those mailboxes by the District for official District business. No employee using the District e-mail system should have any expectation of privacy.
Use of Mail System. The Union may use the inter‐building delivery system, teacher school mailboxes, the high school mail room, and teacher lounge bulletin boards for Union communications.
Use of Mail System. The Association will have the right to use the interschool mail facilities, e-mail, and school mailboxes as it deems necessary, for local Association business. However, the District will not carry such mail from one District building to another. Duty of Fair Representation and Representation Fee: The Association, as exclusive representative of all teachers described in Section 2 of Article II, will represent all such persons fairly whether members or not. No teachers will be required to join the Association, but membership in the Association will be made available to all who apply, consistent with the Association constitution, bylaws and policies.
Use of Mail System. The Union shall be allowed the reasonable use of the inter-school mail system and email.
Use of Mail System. The Union shall be permitted to use CSI's mail system and have access to employee mail boxes provided that a copy of all notices to be distributed to employees shall be provided to the Business Services Director in advance. The Employer retains the right to refuse to distribute objectionable materials after notice to the Union. The Union shall be provided a mailbox at a mutually agreed upon site.
