T/A No part-time employee shall drive except the Company may utilize part-time employees to perform p.m. pick-up and p.m. shuttle work, provided that the total number of part-time drivers does not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the total number of active full-time shuttle drivers and couriers. Use of Part-Time Personnel. Regular part-time employees may be scheduled at any time of the day. They can be scheduled as supplemental employees to the full-time workforce on consecutive or non-consecutive schedules, Monday – Sunday. They can fill in for absent full-time employees prior to the use of full-time employees on overtime. When a regular part-time employee who is working in a replacement capacity for an absent full-time employee returns from his route, extra work will be first offered to available full-time employees prior to being offered to the returning part-time employee. T/A No full-time employee on the seniority list as of March 1, 1998, may be reduced to part-time status, nor may such employee be laid off so long as any part-time employee is working. T/A Part-Time Job Selection Procedures: Part-time employees shall have first opportunity, by seniority, if qualified, to fill full-time openings within their terminal.   • Part-Time Nurse is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

  • Part-time Nurses a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said holiday at two (2) times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.
