Utilities Charges. All the charges for electricity only made by the Operational Companies to their respective tenants have been made in compliance with applicable Laws and regulations.
Utilities Charges. Tenant shall pay for all gas, electricity, telephone, sewer, water and all other utilities service separately metered or chargeable to the Premises. If any such services are not separately metered to Tenant, Tenant shall pay a reasonable proportion, to be determined by Landlord, of all charges jointly metered with other tenants of the Shopping Center. In no event shall Landlord be liable for the quality, quantity, failure or interruption of such service to the Premises.
Utilities Charges. Tenant shall be solely responsible for and promptly pay all charges for heat, water, gas electricity or any other utility used or consumed in the leased premises. Should Landlord elect to supply the water, gas, heat, electricity or any other utility used or consumed in the leased premises, Tenant agrees to purchase and pay for the same as additional rent at the applicable rages filed by the Landlord with the proper regulatory authority. In no event shall Landlord be liable for an interruption or failure in the supply of any such utilities to the leased premises. Should the Landlord elect to install a central heating and/or air conditioning system and offer to supply either chilled air or water or warm air or water, Tenant agrees to adopt Landlord's heating and cooling equipment and at Tenant's expense to connect said equipment to facilities provided by Landlord, and to pay for such chilled air or water and/or warm air, as metered through meters installed by the Landlord.. All charges for services provided by Landlord under this paragraph shall be paid by Tenant within ten (10) days after receipt of the bill from Landlord
Utilities Charges. With respect to its Leased Premises and Airline-installed equipment, machinery, and facilities, Airline agrees to pay all water, sewage, electricity, gas, and other utility charges that may be charged to Airline for the use thereof, if such charges are separately assessed or metered as appropriate to Airline. Utility bills for metered utilities furnished by City shall be paid monthly or less frequently depending on the billing schedule established by City. Meters will be installed where it is economically and mechanically feasible. For those areas not separately metered, the cost or utilities will be included as a direct Maintenance and Operating Expense and allocated accordingly (except Loading Bridges and Baggage Handling System). Loading Bridges will be charged for electricity in the amount of $300,000. The amount may be adjusted annually based on changes in the cost of electricity per kilowatt hour. Baggage Handling System is under review for amount to be charged, to be agreed upon by Airline and other airlines having a similar agreement to this Agreement.
Utilities Charges. Manager is responsible for the payment of all utility charges at the Managed Area during the term of the Agreement. Manager must contact the utilities to ensure direct billing.
Utilities Charges. Throughout the Lease Term the Tenant will pay all Utilities Charges incurred on and after the beginning of the Lease Term, before the same become delinquent, and the Landlord will have no obligation with respect thereto.

Utilities Charges. All utilities servicing the Premises shall be separately metered. The obligation of Tenant to pay for water, sewer, gas and electricity, as herein provided, as well as for any other utility of any kind, shall commence as of the date on which any such utility is used or consumed on or about the Premises by Tenant, its agents, servants, employees or contractors.
