Employees with skills within the department Should an employee not be scheduled on their primary for greater then one (1) day, they shall have the right to move to their primary on another shift provided their seniority allows it or stay in General Help on their scheduled shift. Should an employee decide to change shifts, they shall be paid in accordance with Article 8.4. Should an employee be required to move back to their originally scheduled shift to work on their primary, the employee must change shifts and will not be paid in accordance with Article 8.4 due to the fact that they are returning to their originally scheduled shift. Should an employee not be scheduled on their primary for one (1) day or less, they shall remain in General Help on their scheduled shift. LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING # 20 OPERATOR ASSISTED CHANGEOVERS It is agreed that Operator Assisted Changeovers of the bottling lines would be of benefit to plant operations, and it is to be achieved with the following principles:

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Utility Infrastructure During the term of this Agreement, Company will have the right to receive water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, telecommunication and data services at the Premises.

  • Facility Maintenance Seller shall perform, or cause to be performed, all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required on the Facilities in order to meet the Warranty Specifications and Performance Standards. In that regard, Seller’s responsibilities hereunder shall include, without limitation, promptly correcting any Bloom System or BOF malfunctions, either by (i) recalibrating or resetting the malfunctioning Bloom System or BOF, or (ii) subject to Section 5.7(b), repairing or replacing Bloom System or BOF components which are defective, damaged, worn or otherwise in need of repair or replacement.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees.   • Utility Costs Tenant shall pay the whole cost for all utility services as invoiced to Tenant by City and for such other special services which it may require in the Premises, and Tenant hereby expressly waives the right to contest any utility rates.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Uniform Maintenance Allowance 22.1 The City provides uniforms or uniform allowance for employees represented by the Association. The City will continue to replace, repair and maintain uniforms worn in the line of duty. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.
