Vacancy Posting. When (a) A posting shall be required for vacancies or new positions which are in excess of six weeks and which the Employer determines is seeking to fill. A one-time increase of seven hours or less per week in the number of regularly scheduled hours of a regular position shall not constitute a vacancy.
