Common use of Vacation Carryover Clause in Contracts

Vacation Carryover. 14.2.1 Any unused vacation time earned by a Unit Member in a given fiscal year may be carried over to the next fiscal year, provided that a Unit Member’s maximum total of accumulated vacation hours as of the end of any fiscal year, as reported on the Unit Member’s June time sheet, shall not exceed one and one-half (1.5) times the number of vacation hours that would be earned by the Unit Member in that fiscal year.
