Vacation Leave Entitlement. The following provisions respecting annual leave shall apply: (a) An employee may be permitted to avail of annual leave earned during the first sixty (60) days of service on a pro-rata basis. (b) Part-time employees shall be entitled to annual leave in accordance with this clause on a pro-rata basis.
