Common use of Vacation Non-Accumulative Clause in Contracts

Vacation Non-Accumulative. Vacation earned in any vacation year is to be taken in the following vacation year. Employees who fail to schedule their vacation by March 31 of the year it was to be taken may have their remaining vacation scheduled by the Employer. Vacation entitlement will not be paid out.
