Annual Holidays (i) On completion of 12 months continuous service an employee shall be entitled to annual paid leave of 4 working weeks.
Vacation/Holidays The Executive shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Company and vacation days in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company, which shall be taken at a reasonable time or times.
Civic Holiday Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day (December 25) Boxing Day (December 26) In addition to the above noted holidays, full-time employees will be eligible for two (2) floating holidays. The float holiday will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time prior to the end of the calendar year.
GENERAL HOLIDAYS 13.01 The following days shall be recognized and considered as paid general holidays: New Year's Day Labour Day Xxxxx Xxxx Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day Xxxxx Xxx Day and any other day or portion of a day designated as a paid holiday by the Civic, Provincial or Federal Government.
Religious Holiday Leave An employee may use two (2) sick days for religious observances if he/she has no personal business leave days. When an employee requests the use of this leave for days not known to be a religious holiday, the Board may request documentation.
Holiday 6.1 The Executive shall be entitled during the Employment to 30 working days holiday in each calendar year plus bank holidays. Holiday may only be taken at such time or times as the Chief Executive Officer shall approve. The Executive’s holiday entitlement shall be pro rated for the year in which the Employment begins and for the year in which the Employment ends.
Public Holiday 6.1 The Worker shall be entitled to public holidays in accordance with the labour laws in Malaysia.
Statutory Holiday All time worked on such Statutory Holidays as are provided for in this Agreement shall be considered as overtime and shall be paid at two hundred percent (200%) of the employee's regular straight-time rate, or the employee may elect to be paid straight-time rates for the overtime hours and take an equal number of hours as time off. Such time off must be taken according to a schedule acceptable to the employee's Supervisor within thirty (30) days of the end of the pay period in which the overtime was worked.
Overtime on a Holiday (a) Where an Employee is required to work overtime on a paid holiday, as defined in Article 18.01, she will receive compensation equal to 3.33 times her regular rate as follows:
Legal Holidays In any case where the date on which any payment is due shall not be a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any other provision of the Notes or this Indenture) payment need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date on which nominally due, and no interest shall accrue for the period from and after any such nominal date.
