Vacation; Sick and Personal Leave; Holidays. The Employee shall be entitled to an amount of paid vacation, sick leave and personal leave as is made available to comparably situated Company personnel generally pursuant to then current Company policy; provided that the Employee shall be eligible to accrue up to at least four (4) weeks of paid vacation per full calendar year of employment on a monthly accrual basis in accordance with Company policy. In addition to the foregoing, the Employee shall be entitled to receive all paid holidays given by the Company to its employees generally.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.

Executive may carry over, in the aggregate, up to four weeks of unused vacation to a subsequent year. Any unused vacation time in excess of four weeks will not accumulate or carry over from one calendar year to the next. Each calendar year, Executive shall take not less than one (1) week vacation.
